January favourites

So here we are, finally the end of January is here. And hasn’t it dragged on?! If it wasn’t for Celeb Big Brother and my favourites below I don’t know if I’d have made it through (ok, perhaps I’m being a bit dramatic), but the guys in this post have made me happpyyyy, when skies have been grey.

Kiehl’s ultra facial cream

Kiehl's

Now I know this moisturiser isn’t new news. It is however new to me. I bought this when I was having a dry face crisis (yes that is a real thing) at Dubai Airport in November and I have used it every day since. Its thick formula works wonders overnight and you wake with a soft, hydrated face. Basically, it’s the ultimate winter skincare weapon.

YSL Touche Eclat

Touche

This is a product I used to use every day – why did I ever stop?! It not only covers those dark circles, but actually brightens under your eyes too, making you look like you’ve had the best night’s sleep of your life.

Lean in 15 cookbook

I’ve already blogged about how great this book is, when I did my #Leanin15 5 day recipe review. It’s packed with ideas for quick, healthy meals plus fitness tips galore – summer bod here I come!

Jasmine green tea

Jasmine green tea

Moonlight Jasmine by Dragonfly tea is a dreamy drink. Light and refreshing, a cup of this will make you feel like you’re cleansing your insides.

Have you tried any of the above? What have you been loving this January?

That face cream sounds lovely and I’ve always been tempted by touché eclat, might get some next time I’m at the airport!

Right now I’m recovering after a late and slightly heavy 40th birthday, but I have to go walk the puppy dog so I’m nibbling on a beloved pumpkin and sunflower seed bar with dates! They’re really nice! And going down well with a cuppa!

I’d also recommend reading Jason Vales book “slim for life”. For skin I love putting Manuka honey on my face, it’s sticky but so good. Try get the strongest one, although it’s not cheap, it lasts ages! X
